The Last Days of Judas Iscariot
By Stephen Adly Guirgis

Directed by Alicia Greenwood

AUGUST 11 - 27

The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is the darkly comic and poignant work by Pulitzer-prize winning playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis. Boasting a large, colorful cast of characters mostly familiar to us, the play asks one of the most plaguing questions in history: What happened to Judas Iscariot? Was he the deceitful master of his own fate or just a man who made a mistake? Set in a courtroom in Purgatory, this masterful tale puts Judas’ case to a piercing trial, with often hilarious and riotous results. In the end one can't help but reconsider what one thought they knew about forgiveness, faith, and the human inside one of the history’s most infamous figures.
